WEFATattoofarben is a new range of tattoo colours specifically designed for tattooing. They are the result of 5 years of research and development by leading Chemists and Physicians of the cosmetic and colour industries in Germany. Their aim was to produce a pigment that, by using the finest ingredients available, would produce an outstanding colour that would meet the challenges of tattooing in the modern age.
As a result of this work an exciting new range of 42 colours is now available that meet and exceed the EU Resolution ResAP (2003)2E on tattoo pigments and Cosmetic Directive 76/768/EEC with the Annexes II and IV. It has also been tested in the skin over a long period for healing ability and longevity. To ensure the quality of the product it has under gone rigorous testing by CTL-Laboratory Bielefeld for its content. It was then tested and documented by the department of microbiology on the Fresenius Institute of Wiesbaden. The colour is manufactured and bottled in sterile laboratory conditions where it is sealed to ensure optimum hygiene according to the CMP regulation.
